While it is true that we do pay a price to live in San Diego (sales tax is going up due to the state budget deficit), it is days like these that make it worth while. It was such a beautiful day, and Jimboy did not have work, so we decided to drive down the La Jolla Coast and just take in the scenery. The pictures do not quite capture them, but there are seals in the background. In fact there is a constant battle between activists and organizations regarding who has more right to use the natural pool, the children, or the seals.
There is only one reason that will induce me to move to the much colder East Coast (no offense intended for those who like the four seasons) and that will be if Jason ever decides to go to college over there!
