It seems that all I do these days is drive Jason to basketball games. Jimboy and I woke up last Saturday to attend his game versus the "All Hallows" school as part of the Saint Augustine Tournament.
It was a very exciting game - I honestly thought that Sacred Heart (Jason's school) did not stand a chance. When we got there, the other team was very organized and was already performing drills. I thought "as long as they put up a good fight, I will be happy." When the first quarter ended and the score was still 0 for both teams, I knew that the boys started to believe they could win.
With 5 seconds left in the game, and the score tied at 18-18, guess who took the winning shot! I screamed my heart out. Congratulations to Sacred Heart Parish School - Coronado Varsity team, see you on Thursday at the next game!
