A Bag Raid Between Friends

I admit to a little guilty pleasure. I record SNN (Showbiz News Ngayon) because of their bag raid segment. What woman does not love bags?

The only portion I dislike is when the celebrities say how much it costs. There is something mildly vulgar about flaunting your wealth to the general public specially in today's economic recession. If I needed to know that your Balenciaga purse was worth PHP 75,000 I would just look it up on the Internet.

While I think a woman's purse is a very personal item and there is some sort of voyeurism when we get a glimpse of its contents, I get curious. As they say "it is the inside that counts."

So here I am sharing what I carry around with me everyday, not necessarily in the bag pictured. I am unfortunately the "matching" type. This just which happens to be my favorite one at the moment because I can carry my coffee cup in it! I am going to state the obvious, it is not filled with coffee when it is inside the bag.




As you can see, it is not much, just the essentials. I am a no-frills person, I do not like carrying excess baggage. Now it is your turn to share!
